摘　　要：概述大黄治疗慢性肾衰竭的作用机制、含大黄中成药治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床应用、不同大黄炮制品治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床经验、大黄不同炮制品的药性特点及临床运用、大黄不同煎煮时间对有效成分的影响,研究大黄治疗慢性肾衰竭的作用机制,为合理使用大黄提供理论依据。This paper summarized the mechanism of Dahuang(rhei radix et rhizoma)in the treatment of chronic renal failure,the clinical application of Chinese patent medicine containing Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)in the treatment of chronic renal failure,the clinical experience of different Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)preparations in the treatment of chronic renal failure,the medicinal characteristics and clinical application of different Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)preparations,and the effect of different decoction time of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)on the active ingredients.The mechanism of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma)in the treatment of chronic renal failure was studied to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of Dahuang(Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma).
