摘 要:为了解水貂肠炎细小病毒(MEV)感染雪貂后的致病性,试验选取15只MEV抗体阴性的雪貂,每只口服MEV强毒株SMPV-11细胞培养液10mL(TCID50为1×10^5.5/mL),另选取3只雪貂作为对照,每天监测雪貂的体温、体重、食欲和精神状态,在攻毒0~30d期间,选取7个时间点各安乐死2只雪貂,解剖观察脏器变化并制作组织切片,检测各器官的组织和粪便中的病毒核酸,测定血清HI抗体效价和血常规变化。结果表明:雪貂感染SMPV-11后表现体温升高、体重下降、食欲减退及精神沉郁等症状;剖检可见肠系膜淋巴结肿大和肠道内有黄色浓稠液体;组织切片可见雪貂的肠系膜淋巴结水肿,肝脏和脾脏出现轻微的病理损伤,肠道出现不同程度的肠绒毛萎缩等病理损伤;在各器官的组织和粪便中可以检测到病毒核酸,并且在感染3~7dMEV载量有较高水平;HI抗体在感染第7天开始产生,随后迅速升高;血常规检测显示,感染雪貂的白细胞数量略低于对照雪貂。说明雪貂可以感染MEV,出现轻微的临床症状,MEV的体内分布、排毒、抗体产生规律和血常规变化与水貂感染MEV极其相似,雪貂各器官的组织、粪便和血清均可用于检测细小病毒。The aim of the present study was to investigate the pathogenicity of mink enteritis parvovirus ( MEV) infection in ferrets. Fifteen ferrets with negative MEV antibody were selected,each ferret was orally for 10 mL SMPV-11 cell culture medium ( TCID50 = 1×10^5. 5 /mL) and three other ferrets were selected as controls. The body temperature,body weight,appetite and mental status of the ferrets were monitored daily. Two ferrets were euthanized at seven time points during 30 days of challenge. The changes of the organs were observed and made into tissue sections. The viral nucleic acids in the organs and feces and the titer of serum HI antibody and the blood routine were detected. The results showed that ferrets infected with SMPV-11 showed high body temperature,low body weight,appetite and depression. The autopsy showed mesenteric lymphadenopathy and a thick yellow fluid in the intestinal tract. Histological sections showed mesenteric lymph node edema in ferrets,mild pathological damage in liver and spleen,and intestinal villus atrophy in varying degrees. The viral nucleic acid could be detected in the tissues and feces,and the load of MEV was high from 3 to 7 days after infection. HI antibody began to produce on the 7th day of infection,and then increased rapidly. Routine blood tests showed that white blood cells in infected ferrets were slightly lower than those in control ferrets. The results indicated that ferrets could be infected with MEV,and had mild clinical symptoms. The distribution,detoxification,antibody production and blood routine examination of MEV in ferrets were very similar to those in minks infected with MEV. The main organs,tissues,feces and serum of ferrets could be used to detect parvovirus.
