摘  要:为了研究在高原低氧生态条件下昆明犬的低氧适应性,试验测定了拉萨地区不同年龄、不同性别昆明犬血液生理生化指标,分为幼龄组(3~12月龄)、成年组(1~7岁)、老龄组(8~13岁),每组10只(公、母各半);又测定了不同海拔地区昆明犬血液生理生化指标,分为平原警犬组(海拔<50m)、高原警犬1组(昆明地区海拔1895~2000m)、高原警犬2组(拉萨地区海拔3500~3900m),每组8只(公、母各半),对测定结果进行t检验及方差分析。结果表明:幼龄组红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)与成年组、老龄组相比差异显著(P<0.05),成年组红细胞平均体积(MCV)与幼龄组、老龄组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),老龄组红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)与幼龄组、成年组相比差异显著(P<0.05),其他指标三组差异不显著(P>0.05)。拉萨地区昆明犬血液生理指标公、母之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。高原警犬1组、高原警犬2组血细胞比容(HCT)与平原警犬组相比差异显著(P<0.05),血红蛋白(HGB)、MCHC与平原警犬组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),RBC、MCV、MCH与平原警犬组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05);高原警犬1组各指标与高原警犬2组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。成年组各生化指标与老龄组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。高原警犬2组肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酐(CREA)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)极显著高于平原警犬组(P<0.01),白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)极显著低于平原警犬组(P<0.01);高原警犬1组各项生化指标与高原警犬2组相比差异显著(P<0.05),与平原警犬组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明昆明犬血液生理生化指标与低氧适应能力密切相关。In order to study the hypoxic adaptability of Kunming dogs in the high altitude ecological conditions,the blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Kunming dogs of different ages and sexes in Lhasa area were measured. The dogs were divided into three groups: juvenile group ( 3-12 months old) ,adult group ( 1-7 years old) and aged group ( 8-13 years old) ,with 10 dogs in each group ( half male and half female) . The blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Kunming dogs at different altitudes were also determined. They were divided into plain police dog group ( altitude<50 m) ,plateau police dog group 1 ( altitude 1 895-2 000 m) and plateau police dog group 2 ( altitude 3 500- 3 900 m) ,with 8 dogs in each group ( half male and half female) . The results were analyzed by t-test and variance analysis. The results showed that the mean corpuscular hemoglobin ( MCH) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration ( MCHC) in the juvenile group were significantly different from those in the adult group and the aged group ( P<0. 05) . The mean corpuscular volume ( MCV) in the adult group was significantly different from other groups ( P<0. 01) . There were significant differences in red blood cell ( RBC) count and platelet distribution width ( PDW) between young and the aged group ( P< 0. 05) ,but no significant differences in other indexes among the three groups ( P> 0. 05) . There was no significant difference in blood physiological index between male and female in Kunming dogs in Lasa region ( P>0. 05) . The hematocrit ( HCT) of high altitude police dog in group 1 and group 2 was significantly different from that of plain police dog group ( P< 0. 05) . The hemoglobin ( HGB) and MCHC were significantly different from those of plain dog group ( P< 0. 01) . There was no significant difference in RBC,MCV and MCH between plain dogs and plateau police dog groups ( P>0. 05) . There was no significant difference in the original police dog between the 2 plateau groups ( P>0. 05) . There was no significant difference in
