细胞凋亡抑制蛋白cFLIP在小鼠妊娠黄体中的表达

摘　　要：为了观察FLICE样抑制蛋白(cFLIP)在小鼠卵巢妊娠黄体中的表达情况,试验选择10周龄以上的ICR系健康小鼠,采用苏木精-伊红(H.E.)染色、cFLIP染色、PCNA染色、TUNEL染色方法分别对妊娠12.5天、16.5天、18.5天的黄体进行观察分析。结果表明:cFLIP在小鼠妊娠12.5天、16.5天、18.5天的黄体中均有高度表达。说明cFLIP可能作为抗凋亡因子参与小鼠妊娠黄体的维持。The aim of the present study was to investigate the expression of FLICE-like inhibitory protein ( Cellular FLICE-like inhibitory protein: cFLIP) in corpus luteum of mouse ovary. Healthy ICR mice over 10 weeks old were selected,and the corpus luteum at 12. 5,16. 5 and 18. 5 days of gestation were observed and analyzed by hematoxylin-eosin ( H.E.) staining,cFLIP staining,PCNA staining and TUNEL staining, respectively. The results showed that cFLIP was highly expressed in the corpus luteum at 12. 5,16. 5 and 18. 5 days in pregnant mouse. The results suggest that cFLIP may be involved in the maintenance of pregnant corpus luteum as an anti-apoptotic factor.
