摘  要:区域发展能力的强弱,受自然资源和人类活动等多重因素的影响。为了找到黑龙江省畜牧业发展与资源环境之间的优化组合发展模式,笔者利用规划模型理论,在对黑龙江省畜牧资源环境的承载能力进行准确量化的基础上,结合畜牧市场需求模型的定量描绘,建立畜牧业发展的宏观调控模型。结果表明:黑龙江省大部分城市区域的畜牧业养殖规模均超出了该区域单纯草原资源的承载能力,整个区域内平均超载达41. 67%;而综合畜牧业发展规模却尚未达到畜牧资源最大承受能力。说明市场需求空间调节与控制对畜牧业发展起到了关键作用,只有避免畜牧业的发展失控,才不会引起生态环境的进一步恶化和畜牧产品的供求失衡,从而形成区域行业发展的人地耦合优化布局模式。The strength of regional development capacity is affected by multiple factors such as natural resources and human activities. In order to find out the optimal combination development model between animal husbandry development and resources environment in Heilongjiang Province,planning theory was used in this paper for the establishment of the macro-control model of animal husbandry development on the basis of accurate quantification of bearing capacity of the animal husbandry resources environment in Heilongjiang Province,combined with the quantitative description of livestock market demand model. The results showed that the scale of animal husbandry in most urban areas of Heilongjiang Province was beyond the bearing capacity of pure grassland resources,with the average surcharge in the whole area being 130%. While,the comprehensive animal husbandry development scale had not yet reached the maximum bearing capacity of animal husbandry resources. The results suggested that the regulation and control of market demand space played a key role in animal husbandry development. Only by avoiding the uncontrolled development of animal husbandry,the further deterioration of the ecological environment and the imbalance between the supply and demand of animal husbandry products could be not caused,so as to achieve the human-land coupling optimization pattern of regional industrial development.
