犬穿透性角膜移植手术方法的研究

摘　　要：为了研究犬穿透性角膜移植手术(penetrating keratoplasty,PKP)的关键技术,为其在小动物临床中的开展奠定基础,试验选取9只试验用比格犬,随机分为供体组和受体组,供体组3只,受体组6只。受体组进行PKP及第三眼睑遮盖术,术后试验犬局部应用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液和环孢霉素A滴眼液,全身应用头孢噻呋、氟尼辛葡甲胺和地塞米松,每天用裂隙灯检查创口和角膜愈合情况。结果表明:4只受体犬角膜愈合良好,无角膜浑浊和新生血管,2只受体犬因术后并发症导致角膜愈合不良。说明PKP是治疗严重角膜疾病的有效方法,但仍有很多细节有待研究和改进,以促进其在临床更好地应用。To elucidate the key techniques of canine penetrating keratoplasty( PKP) and lay a foundation for the development of small animal clinic in the future,9 beagle dogs were selected and randomly assigned into donor group( n = 3) and recipient group( n = 6). The dogs of recipient group performed PKP and third nictitating covering surgery. After operation,tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and cyclosporine A eye drops were used topically,and ceftiofur,flunixin meglumine and dexamethasone were used systemically in dogs. Meanwhile,slit lamp was daily used to check wound healing and corneal healing. The results showed that the corneas of 4 recipient dogs healed well without corneal opacity and neovascularization,and the 2 recipient dogs had poor corneal healing due to postoperative complications. These results suggeste that PKP is an effective method for the treatment of serious corneal disease,but there are still many details to be studied and improved in order to promote its better development in clinic.
