基于现代文献对穴位敷贴治疗慢性盆腔炎选穴及用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位敷贴治疗慢性盆腔炎选穴及所用中药的性、味、归经等规律特点,为慢性盆腔炎穴位敷贴治疗标准化提供参考和借鉴,为腧穴配伍及穴位敷贴用药处方提供理论依据。方法通过计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WF)和维普中文科技期刊数据库等自建刊以来国内众多学者的研究成果中穴位敷贴治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床文献,采用数据挖掘中的频次分析方法,分析穴位敷贴治疗慢性盆腔炎的选穴及用药规律。最终纳入文献32篇,包括23个穴位、43味药物。结果与结论通过统计分析发现,在经脉穴位选择上,多以关元穴为主穴,经脉选择以任脉为主,穴位类型以募穴为主;在用药上,以选用延胡索、三棱、大黄为多。Objective To explore the characteristics of acupoint application for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its characteristics,taste and meridian,so as to provide reference and reference for the standardization of acupoint application for chronic pelvic inflammation,and provide theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and the prescription of acupoint application.Methods Through the computer retrieval of CNKI,Wanfang database (WF)and VP database,the clinical literature of acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has been found in the research results of many domestic scholars since its own publication.The frequency analysis method in data mining is used to analyze the chronic treatment of acupoint application.The selection of cavern for pelvic inflammation and the rule of drug use.Finally,32 articles were included,including 23 acupoints and 43 kinds of drugs.Results and Conclusion Through statistical analysis,it was found that in the selection of meridian acupoints,the main points were Guanyuan acupoints,the merdian channels were mainly selected as conception channel,and the types of acupoints were mainly to front-mu point.In medication, Yanhusuo,Sanleng,Dahuang are used more frequently.
