摘　　要：《傅青主女科》是清代以来对后世影响较大的妇产科专著,具有较高临床参考价值,亦对中医妇产科学发展具有深远影响。傅青主重视脏腑辨证,从肝、脾、肾入手辨治月经病,并以肝为中心,运用五行生克制化规律,强调脏腑间的相互协调与作用。傅氏从肝论治月经病,注重肝"体阴而用阳"的生理特点和脏腑间五行制化关系,采用疏肝解郁、平肝降逆、清肝泻火、养血柔肝、滋水涵木的调肝方法;用药方面,不用过于辛燥和甘润之品,调肝注重养气血,善用药对、巧用风药。Fu Qingzhu's Gynecology is a monograph,with high clinical reference value and far-reaching impact on the development of gynaecology and obstetrics,from Qing Dynasty to the present.FU Qingzhu treated women's diseases from the liver,the spleen,the kidney,attaching importance to Zangfu syndrome differentiation and the rule of the five elements,emphasizing coordination and function of organs.FU Qingzhu treated menstrual diseases from the liver,paid attention to the physiological characteristics of "yin in substance andyang in function" and relationship among the organs,and applied the methods of nourishing,softening,converging,and soothing the liver.In medicine, he does not need too spicy and moist drugs,liver regulation when pay attention to nourishing qi and blood,good at the use of pair medicine and wind medicine.
