足浴方治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨足浴方治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法 208例DPN患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各104例,对照组予甲钴胺片,0.5 mg/次,3次/d,口服;研究组在对照组基础上予中药足浴方治疗,两组均治疗4周。结果两组治疗后中医证候积分比较,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05);两组VPT治疗后比较,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05);两组MNCV(胫神经和腓总神经)、SNCV(胫后神经和腓肠神经)治疗后比较,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组疗效比较,研究组优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论足浴方可改善、修复受损的周围神经,改善DPN患者症状,提高神经传导速度,改善VPT,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of foot bath recipe in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods 208 patients with DPN were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,104 cases in each group.The control group was given Mecobalamin Tablets,0.5mg/times,3 times/d,orally. The study group was treated with Chinese medicine foot bath recipe on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for four weeks.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were better than those in the control group (P <0.05).Two groups of VPT were compared after treatment,the study group was better than the control group (P <0.05).The two groups of MNCV (tibial and peroneal nerve)and SNCV (posterior tibial nerve and gastrocnemius nerve)were compared with the control group,and the study group was better than the control group (P <0.05).The curative effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Foot bath recipe can improve and repair the damaged peripheral nerve,improve the symptoms of DPN patients,increase nerve conduction velocity,improve VPT,the effect is significant.
