摘　　要：通过查阅历史文献及现当代期刊,整理有关中医中药治疗多囊卵巢综合症的相关文献,从文献学角度总结、归纳中医药治疗多囊卵巢综合症的研究进展。通过总结归纳表明,中医中药在治疗多囊卵巢综合症的病因病机、辨证论治、特色诊疗上都具有自己独特的优势。多采用补肾、疏肝、健脾、燥湿化痰、活血祛瘀相结合的治则治法进行治疗,以补肾为基,配合多种治疗手段联合应用,结合女性各个时期的不同生理特性,采用序贯疗法进行治疗,个性化治疗与现代女性生理特点、现代促排法、降雄激素药物、降脂药物相结合,收效明显。Through reviewing the historical literature and contemporary journals, literature review about traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome, summarizes the research progress of Chinese medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome from the perspective of literature. We can summarized and concluded that TCM has its own unique advantages in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome diff erentiation and treatment, characteristic diagnosis and treatment. Most of them are treated with the combination of tonifying kidney and soothing liver, invigorating spleen, eliminating dampness and phlegm and blood stasis combined treatment with tonifying kidney as the base, with the combined application of various treatment methods, combined with different physiological characteristics of each period of the female, sequential therapy, physiological characteristics, personalized treatment and modern women, modern method of promoting drainage, the combination eff ect is obvious.
