冠心病患者心衰心电图异常与冠脉造影结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高频心电图异常与冠状动脉病变对照分析。方法拟诊200例冠心病(CHD)患者组和200例正常人(对照组)在2周内行冠状动脉造影检查,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组,比较2组高频心电图异常与冠状动脉病变对照分析。结果 2组高频心电图阳性结果比较:CDH组150例(75.00%),对照组14例(7.00%),冠心病组显著高于对照组(p<0.01);2组冠状动脉病变比较:CDH组高频心电图阳性者120例(60.00%),对照组3例(1.50%),2组比较,冠心病组显著高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论冠心病患者高频心电图阳性指标可作为反映心肌缺血及冠状动脉病变关系的估测指标,并对冠状动脉造影前的筛选具有重要作用。Objective To study the analysis between the result of analysis of high freguency-electrocardiogram(HFECG) abnormal and coronary angiography. Methods The two hundred patients with suspected coronary artery disease(CHD) and two hundred normal person received high freguency-electrocardiogram and coronary angiography in two weeks,and were divided into coronary artery disease group and normal person group according to the result of coronary angiography. The analysis of the high freguency-electrocardiogram were compared between two groups.Results The two groups the high freguency-electrocardiogram positive results compared: coronary artery disease group(CHD) was 150 patients(75.00%), compare group 14 patients(7.00%), coronary artery disease group was significantly higher than those in the compare group, p<0.01; The compared between of two group coronary artery lesion:the high freguency-electrocardiogram positive coronary artery disease group 120 patients(60.00%), compare group 3 patients(1.50%), compared between two groups,coronary artery disease group was significantly higher than those in the compare group, p<0.01. Conclusions Parameter of patients with coronary artery disease had an the high freguency-electrocardiogram positive can be one of the indexes to estimate extent of myocardial inchemia and coronary artery lesion,and coronary angiography before patient of screening have effect important.
