摘 要:设施土壤次生盐渍化问题严重制约着现代农业的可持续发展。以碳调节剂(秸秆+腐解菌)为试验材料,以小白菜作为供试植物,采用盆钵培养试验,测定其重要生长、生理及品质参数,研究碳调节剂改良设施农业次生盐渍化土壤的机理和实际应用范围。结果表明:施用碳调节剂可明显改善土壤的透气性和保水性,且防止土壤酸化,可在降低土壤可溶性总盐浓度的基础上,明显改善主要盐类的离子组成,特别是有效地增加土壤水溶性钾含量,降低土壤硝酸根含量。碳调节剂的投入可通过大幅度降低土壤硝酸根的浓度来减少小白菜体内的硝酸盐积累,从而提高小白菜的食用安全质量。综合考虑食品安全和生产实际,就所试土壤而言,较为合适的碳调节剂用量应该为20.0~26.7g·kg-1,但用于田间的碳调节剂施用量仍需进行进一步的校验试验。Secondary salinization of greenhouse soil has seriously restricted the sustainable development of agriculture.In this study carbon regulator (straw and decomposing bacteria) was used as the test material,and Chinese cabbage was used as a model plant.Pot experiment was set up to investigate the influence of carbon regulator on the improvement of secondary salinized soils and to determine the optimal dosage of carbon regulator.Their growth parameters,including physiological and grain quality characteristics,were recorded and analyzed.The results showed that application of carbon regulator could significantly improve soil permeability and water retention capacity and prevent soil from acidification.Total soluble salt concentration was reduced significantly,with a more balanced composition of major salt ions.This was reflected by the increase in soil water soluble K content,and a decrease in nitrate.Nitrate accumulation in Chinese cabbage was significantly reduced as a consequence of nitrate reduction in soil,which thereby improved food safety of Chinese cabbage.As far as food safety and the practical application were concerned,from 20.0 g to 26.7 g carbon regulator per 1 kg soil was recommended as the optimal dosages.Further investigation is needed to determine the optimal carbon regulator application at a field scale.
