摘  要:以采集自中国新疆的13个野生阿魏菇为试材,采用拮抗试验对13个野生阿魏菇菌种亲缘关系进行初步鉴定,通过菌丝生长速率的测定和玉米秸秆出菇试验比较不同菌株的菌丝体形态、子实体性状以及生物学效率,为菌株秸秆栽培和推广提供种质和数据支持。结果表明:13个野生阿魏菇为亲缘关系不同的菌株,其中A12(0.863cm·d-1)和A43(0.856cm·d-1)的菌丝生长速度高于其余试验菌株,A43菌株的生物学效率(79.49%)较高,且出菇整齐。The 13 test wild strains of Pleurotus eryngii var.ferulae came from Xinjiang region of China were used as test malerials.All the test strains were identified they were the different strains by use of antagonistic experiment.The morphology and fruiting body characteristics of the strains were compared on cultivated experiment which add starw into the substrate.The results showed that strain A12 (0.863 cm·d^-1) and A43 (0.856 cm·d^-1) significantly colonized spawn substrate faster compared to the others.Futhermore,A43 was high yielding,biological effciency and with more desirable gronomic characteristics compared with other strains.These data making it suitable for domestication and commercial cultivation with straw.
