摘 要:"一带一路"战略构想的提出和黑龙江省陆海丝绸之路经济带的构建,为蔬菜产品出口提供了优势和机会,同时也需要蔬菜产业出口竞争力进一步增强。该研究构建了包括规模优势指数、国际市场占有率、出口贡献率和显示性比较优势4个指标的评价体系,对黑龙江省蔬菜产业的出口竞争力进行了评价,并就蔬菜产业质量提升和出口市场布局调整等方面提出对策建议,以期为黑龙江省蔬菜产业的优质发展提供借鉴和参考。The strategic concept of ‘One Belt and One Road’ and the construction of the land and Sea Silk Road Economic Belt in Heilongjiang provide advantages and opportunities for the export of vegetable products,and also enhance the export competitiveness of vegetable industry.This study constructed the evaluation system of four indexes including the scale advantage index,the international market share,the export contribution rate and the display comparative advantage,and evaluated the export competitiveness of the vegetable industry in Heilongjiang Province,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of the vegetable industry quality and the adjustment of the distribution of the export market.The quality development of vegetable industry in Heilongjiang Province could be used for reference.
