摘　　要：目的:为医疗机构制剂室的改造提供建议。方法:汇总分析湖北省6家三级甲等医疗机构制剂室改造后发现的问题并提出相关建议。结果:医疗机构制剂室改造明显提升了产品质量,但存在一些问题,主要体现在设计布局、设施设备、文件、物料和人员等几个方面,主要原因是未能很好结合制剂室实际情况进行改造。结论:建议制剂室改造结合实际情况,图纸应经一线人员审议,配备足够的专业人员,及时升级文件系统,对发现的问题及时彻底整改,以实现医疗机构制剂室的可持续发展。OBJECTIVE To provide suggestions for the transformation of the manufacturing laboratory of medical institutions.METHODS Through collection and analysis of problems found after the transformation of manufacturing laboratories in 6tertiary A medical institutions and the medical institutions in Hubei province,suggestions were developed.RESULTS The transformation of these manufacturing laboratories was successful,but there were some problems distributed in design layout,facilities and equipment,documents,materials and personnel,etc.The main reason was that it could not be well combined with the actual conditions of the manufacturing laboratory.CONCLUSION The manufacturing laboratory should be transformed by combining actual conditions.The drawings should be examined by the frontline personnel,matched with sufficient mechanical professionals.The file system should be timely updated,the observed problems timely and radically rectified,to push the sustainable development of manufacturing laboratory in the medical institutions.
