摘　　要：目的探讨以患者和家庭为中心护理(PFCC)模式对维持性血液透析合并高血压病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取在医院维持性血液透析合并高血压病患者共120例,随机分为对照组、观察组各60例,观察组在常规护理与随访的基础上实施PFCC护理模式。分别在干预后6、12个月,采用中国CVD患者生活质量评定问卷(CQQC)联合国际通用的专门针对肾病患者的量表(KDQOL-SF)进行评估,综合比较两组患者的生活质量评分和患者护理满意度。结果观察组的CQQC及KDQOL-SF得分及护理满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论实施PFCC护理模式能有效改善维持性血液透析合并高血压病患者的生活质量,改善其预后,提高护理满意度,可在临床上逐步推广。Objective To investigate the effect of patient-and family -centered care (PFCC)nursing mode on quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with hypertension were selected in a tertiary hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group (n =60).The observation group received PFCC nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing and follow -up.Six months and 12 months after intervention,China questionnaire of quality of life in patients with cardio-vascular disease (CQQC)was used in combination with the international kidney disease and quality of life short form (KDQOL-SF)to evaluate the life quality and the care satisfaction of the two groups.Results The CQQC and KDQOL -SF scores,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The PFCC nursing mode can effectively improve the life quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with hypertension,and improve their prognosis as well as the nursing satisfaction.
