摘 要:选取316L不锈钢粉末和尼龙12(PA12)粉末混合材料,在综合考虑热传导、热辐射及对流等热现象的基础上,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为平台,对316L不锈钢混合PA12粉末激光选择性烧结成型圆薄片温度场进行数值模拟。结果表明,在激光功率10 W,扫描速度2 000 mm/s,预热温度100℃工艺参数下,激光烧结混合粉末快速达到粘结剂PA12粉末的熔点,在烧结过程中起到粘结剂的作用。当激光功率升高时,最高温度相应升高;激光扫描速度加快时,薄片整体温度下降。316L stainless steel powder and nylon 12 (PA12) powder mixed materials were selected. Based on the thermal phenomena of heat conduction, heat radiation and convection, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used as the platform to selectively sinter the 316L stainless steel mixed PA12 powder. The circular sheet temperature field was numerically simulated. The results show that the blended powder laser sintering rapid reach the melting point of PA12 powder binder have the effect of binder in the sintering process, the laser power, scanning speed and preheat temperature parameters are 10 W, 2 000 mm/s and 100 ℃, respectively. When the laser power increases, the maximum temperature rise accordingly; The laser scanning speed rises, the temperature is decreasing.
