摘 要:针对现有微合金化铸铁同质焊条焊缝成形性能欠佳及焊缝表面存在针状气孔等问题,采用正交试验优化设计方法,通过改变药皮组分来调整药皮熔点和熔渣碱度,优化药皮组分,改善同质焊条的焊缝成形性能。结果表明,当药皮组分中含有大理石22%,萤石13%,白泥6%,碳酸钡14%和金红石10%时,药皮熔点为1 041℃,碱度为0.4。制得的铸铁同质焊条焊接工艺性优良,焊缝成形性好,表面无压痕,不产生针状气孔缺陷,可以满足铸铁件高性能和高质量焊接(补)技术要求。In view of the existing micro-alloying cast iron homogeneous electrode welding poor performance problems such as needle hole, and the welding surface design was optimized by using orthogonal test method, by changing the coated components to adjust the coated melting point and slag basicity, optimization of coated components, improve the performance of welding on the homogeneous electrode. The results show that the coating melting temperature and the slag basicity of cast iron homogeneous electrode are 1 041 ℃ and basicity is 0.4, with the coating compositions are marble 22%, fluorite 13%, white clay 6%, barium carbonate 14% and rutile 10%. Prepared of cast iron homogeneous electrode welding technology is good, good weld forming, surface without indentation, no needle hole defects, it can meet the cast iron pieces of high performance and high quality welding (repair) technical requirements.
