摘 要:在石墨内衬板通孔中镶嵌铸铁管,隔离了碳钢螺栓与石墨的接触。在固体渗碳高温下,避免螺栓表面发生碳原子吸收、扩散过程,防止渗碳层形成,提高了螺栓使用寿命。分析指出螺栓表面的渗碳体是其早期断裂的主要原因,提出镶嵌铸铁管隔离措施,并详述了镶嵌铸铁管的石墨内衬板制造方法。结果表明,碳钢螺栓使用寿命比常规石墨内衬板延长1.6~2.0倍,在降低螺栓消耗及其维修费用的同时,保证固体渗碳炉能够长时间的正常运行。Inlays in the graphite lining plate hole cast iron pipe, the isolation of carbon steel bolt contacted with the graphite. Under the high temperature solid carburizing, bolt surface carbon atom absorption and diffusion process were avoided, the carburizing layer formation was prevented, it improved the service life of the bolt. Analysis shows that the bolt on the surface of the cementite was the main reason of early fracture, embedded iron pipe isolation measures were put forward, and the inlaid cast iron pipe graphite lining plate manufacturing methods was detailed. The results show that the carbon steel bolts compared to the conventional graphite lining plate to extend the service life of 1.6-2.0 times, in reducing consumption of bolt and its maintenance costs at the same time, ensure the solid carburizing furnace can normal operation for a long term.
