摘  要:针对减速箱箱座铸件外部结构复杂,壁厚较薄的特点,采用三箱造型工艺。结果表明,该工艺降低了造型高度,方便型芯安放和调整,能够保证铸件的质量。将型芯进行合理的分块,保证了铸件各部分内腔的尺寸精度。采用阶梯式浇注系统可使浇注平稳,并有利于温度均衡分布。按照大批量生产模式,采用了金属模样分块、结构和设计,保证了模样的精度、耐久性和稳定性。Due to the characteristics of reducer seat-box casting external structure and thin wall was complex, three cases of molding process were adopted. The results show that the process reduces the height of mold, convenient core placement and adjustment, it can guarantee the quality of castings. Reasonable partition is made for the core, to ensure the cavity size precision castings. The step gating system can make the casting smooth, and it is advantageous to the temperature distribution. According to the mass production mode, the shape and structure of metal pattern is designed, the accuracy of the shape, durability and stability are ensured.
