摘　　要：球墨铸铁曳引轮是电梯安保铸件,质量要求较高。采用砂型铸造方法,按照均衡凝固理论设计工艺直浇道中心设置,环形横浇道,内浇道短、薄、宽,选择外圆冷铁及无冒口工艺,铸件凝固过程温度均匀,温度差小。生产实践证明,曳引轮安保件性能稳定,达到质量检验标准。完全达到客户要求。Although the structure of ductile cast iron traction wheel castings was not complicated, the quality requirements were higher. In order to facilitate the sand-filling molding, the method of EPC casting was adopted. The technology was designed according to the equilibrium solidification theory, the outer round cold iron and the non-riser process were preferred. The production practice has proved that the safety part of the traction wheel has stable performance, good quality and meets the quality inspection standard. Fully meet the requirements of domestic and foreign customers, meet the technical requirements, remarkable economic benefits.
