摘　　要：利用铸造CAE技术对制动鼓铸造工艺进行计算机数值模拟分析,辅助分析缺陷产品的原因,对铸造工艺进行优化设计,并对最终改进工艺进行模拟分析,对缺陷类型和位置进行预测。结果表明,通过铸造CAE的技术大大缩短了产品改进试验的周期,提高了产品质量。Using casting CAE technology computer numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the brake drum casting process, secondary analysis of the cause of the defective product, optimize the casting process design, and simulation analysis was carried out on the improved process finally, prediction for defect type and location. The results show that the cycle of product improvement test is shorten by casting CAE technology greatly, the product quality is improved.
