热固型浸渗剂在铝合金薄壁铸件上的应用

摘　　要：铝合金薄壁铸件的显微孔洞会影响铸件的使用,采取热固型浸渗剂对其进行封堵,可以提高铸件的可靠性,介绍了热固型浸渗剂的浸渗工艺过程,对浸渗后的试样进行了SEM分析,并对试样进行了模拟海水腐蚀试验,结果表明,浸渗效果良好。Aluminum alloy thin-wall castings of microscopic holes would affect the use of the casting, the thermosetting type impregnation agent on the block was taken, and it can improve the reliability of the casting. Introduces the thermosetting type impregnation agent, impregnation process of impregnation after samples were analyzed by SEM, and the corrosion properties of samples were tested in simulated seawater. The results show that the impregnation effect is good.
