摘  要:异型坯连铸的过程中出现较多表面裂纹,情况严重时还会伴随着漏钢事故的发生。针对这一问题,在ANSYS软件中建立异型坯几何模型,运用多步载荷法,将上一步的计算结果作为下一步计算的初始条件。在考虑气隙和锥度的情况下,通过ANSYS软件计算铸坯温度场得出异型坯表面温度的变化趋势。结果表明,结合保护渣的凝固温度,可以分析不同温度下结晶器与异型坯间的渣膜存在状态,判断保护渣在结晶器中的凝固位置。利用VB编程计算得出了液态摩擦力与固态摩擦力,并分析了影响摩擦力大小的几个因素,改善了铸坯表面质量。There were many surface cracks in the process of the beam blank continuous casting, and when the situation was serious, the steel leakage accidents can be accompanied. Aiming at this problem, the geometric model of shaped beam blank was established in ANSYS software, and the calculation results of the previous step were taken as the initial condition for the next step by the multi-step load method. In consideration of air gap and taper, the variation trend of the surface temperature of the shaped beam blank was obtained by calculating the temperature field of the casting beam blank by ANSYS software. The results show that the state of the slag film between the crystallizer and the shaped blank can be analyzed at different temperatures combined with the solidification temperature of the protective slag, and the solidification position of the protective slag in the crystallizer can be determined. The liquid friction force and solid friction force are calculated by VB programming, and several factors which influence the friction force are analyzed to improve the surface quality of the billets.
