摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立江西道地药材枳壳HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量标准的进一步完善提供依据。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)柱(200 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(冰乙酸调pH=3)为流动相;梯度洗脱;流速1 mL·min^(-1);柱温30℃;检测波长330 nm。结果:建立了江西道地药材枳壳HPLC指纹图谱。对枳壳江西道地药材与商品药材的指纹图谱进行了特征分析、相似度比较和聚类分析,尝试区别商品药材的产地。结论:本方法简便、可靠,可为评价与控制枳壳的质量提供参考。Objective: To establish an HPLC fingerprint of genuine regional drug of aurantii fructus in Jiangxi in order to provide a basis for further improvement of its quality standards. Methods: Hypersil C18 column( 200 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used,with methanol-water( pH adjusted to 3 with glacial acetic acid) as mobile phase,gradient elution was conducted at flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 330 nm. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of genuie regional drug of aurantii fructus in Jiangxi was established. Characteristic analysis,similarity comparison and cluster analysis were conducted for the fingerprints of genuine regional drug of aurantii fructus and commercial medicinal materials,trying to distinguish the origins of different commercial herbs. Conclusion: This method is simple,reliable,and can provide a reference for the quality evaluation and control of aurantii fructus.
