摘　　要：目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者铁调素水平相对于正常人的变化以及铁调素与氧化应激及炎性状态的关系。方法:以初诊的51名2型糖尿病患者及50名正常人为研究对象,测定铁调素、铁蛋白、丙二醛、hsCRP、IL-6等指标,并行统计分析。结果:2型糖尿病组铁调素、铁蛋白、丙二醛、hsCRP、IL-6较对照组明显升高,铁调素与铁蛋白成正相关(P<0.05),铁蛋白与丙二醛、hsCRP、IL-6具有线性相关性(P<0.05),而铁调素与丙二醛、hsCRP、IL-6无明显线性相关性。结论:2型糖尿病患者铁调素水平升高可能与铁蛋白升高有关,铁调素可能通过抑制铁的吸收在2型糖尿病的发生于发展中扮演重要作用。Objective To study the changes of hepcidin level in the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with respect to normal subjects and relationship between hepcidin and oxidative stress and inflammatory state. Methods Ferritin,ferritin, malondialdehyde,hsCRP and IL-6 were measured in 51 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 50 nor- mal subjects. Results The levels of ferritin,ferritin,malondialdehyde,hsCRP and IL-6 in diabetes mellitus group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was a positive correlation between ferritin and ferritin ( P < 0.05) . There was a linear correlation between ferritin and malondialdehyde,hsCRP and IL-6 ( P < 0.05) ,but there was no obvi- ous linear correlation between hepcidin and malondialdehyde,hsCRP and IL-6. Conclusion Increased level of hepcidin in type 2 diabetes mellitus may be associated with increased level of ferritin.Hepcidin might play an important role in the de- velopment of type 2 diabetes by hibiting iron absorption.
