摘 要:采用壳聚糖包覆沸石分子筛为吸附剂,通过小试,考察温度、pH值、浊度、竞争离子对去除效果的影响,并通过研究吸附动力学、吸附等温线、吸附热力学探讨壳聚糖包覆沸石分子筛吸附氨氮的机理。结果表明:壳聚糖包覆沸石分子筛对氨氮有较好的去除效果,温度、pH值、浊度是影响壳聚糖包覆沸石分子筛去除氨氮的主要因素,壳聚糖包覆滞石分子筛对离子的选择交换顺序为K^+>Na^+>Ca^(2+)>Mg^(2+);壳聚糖包覆沸石分子筛去除氨氮反应符合Lagergren准二级动力学模型(R^2=0.999);吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温线方程;吸附热力学结果表明,壳聚糖包覆沸石分子筛去除氨氮的过程为吸热反应。该研究成果可为微污染水中氨氮的处理提供参考。The effects of temperature, pH, turbidity and the competive ions on the removal effect were investigated in small-scale test by using chitosan coated zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, and the ammonia nitrogen adsorption mechanism of chitosan coated zeolite molecular sieve was discussed by investigating adsorption kinetics, adsorption isotherms and adsorption thermodynamics. The results showed that chitosan coated zeolite molecular sieve had a better removal effect on ammonia nitrogen; temperature, pH and turbidity were the main factors affecting the ammonia nitrogen removal effect of chitosan coated zeolite molecular sieve, and the selective ion exchange order was K+>Na+>Ca2+>Mg2+; the ammonia nitrogen removal reaction of chitosan-coated zeolite molecular sieve accorded to the lagergren quasi-second order kinetics model(R2=0.999); the adsorption conformed to the langmuir adsorption isotherm equation; the adsorption thermodynamic results showed that the removal of ammonia nitrogen by the chitosan-coated zeolite molecular sieve was endothermic reaction. The research results could provide reference for treatment of ammonia nitrogen in micro-polluted water.
