摘 要:电除尘器电场性能优劣是影响电除尘器收尘效率的重要因素。通过有限元法得出4种放电极(平齿线、90°齿线、十齿线、加强型RS线)与横置极板匹配时其电位与场强的空间分布,通过实验测量90°齿线分别与横置极板和C480板匹配时的极板表面电流密度的大小及分布,以板电流密度平均值和板电流密度几何标准差为电极配置电场性能的评价指标,对电除尘器不同电极配置参数下其电场性能优劣进行研究,通过调整电极配置几何参数以优化电场性能,为横置极板电除尘器的选型设计提供参考。The electric field performance of electrostatic precipitator is an important factor affecting the dust collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitator. In this study,the spatial distributions of the potential and field strength of ESP were obtained by the finite element method when four kinds of discharge electrodes ( flat tooth line,90° tooth line,ten tooth line and reinforced RS line) were matched with the transverse collecting plate,and the current densities on the plate surface and their distributions were measured by experiments when the 90° tooth line was matched to the transverse collecting plate and the C480 plate. In addition,the electric field performances of the electrostatic precipitator with different electrode configuration parameters were investigated by taking average value and geometric standard difference of plate current density as the evaluation indexes of the electric field performance of the electrode configuration,and the electric field performance was optimized by adjusting the geometry parameters of the electrode. The study can provide reference for the selection and design of the electrostatic precipitator with transverse collecting plate.
