摘 要:降低烧结烟气细颗粒物排放是控制钢铁烧结领域污染物排放的重要手段。将烧结除尘灰和水洗后的烧结除尘灰以2%比例加入烧结配料中,开展烧结杯实验和烟气细颗粒物组成分析。结果表明:除尘灰和除尘灰中碱金属是影响烟气细颗粒物排放的重要因素,原除尘灰和水洗后的除尘灰配加后的细颗粒物排放值分别为127,90.9 mg/m^3。其中:水洗后飞灰配加下烟气细颗粒物中的碱金属排放较原除尘灰配加下的烟气减少了40%。因此,降低烧结配料中的碱金属将有助于控制烧结烟气细颗粒物的排放。Reducing emission of fine particles in sintering gas is an important means to control pollutants emission in iron and steel sintering field. A sintering cup test and composition analysis of fine particles in flue gas were conducted in the laboratory by adding sintering dust before and after washing into the sintering ingredient at the rate of 2%. The results showed that sintering dust and alkali metal in sintering dust were important factors affecting emission of fine particles in flue gas; after adding the original sintering dust and sintering dust after washing,the emission value of fine particles in flue gas of raw dust and dust after washing were 127,90. 9 mg /m^3 respectively,where,compared with the condition in which sintering dust was added,emission of alkali metal in fine particles with the addition of dust after washing decreased by 40%. Therefore,reducing alkali metal in sintering proportioning was helpful to the control of emission of fine particles in flue gas.
