摘　　要：乔成林教授根据肾病的临床证候特点及实验室检测指标,临证采用辨病与辨证相结合、宏观与微观相结合、现代医学与传统医学相结合的辨治理念,在长期的临床实践中积累了丰富的用药经验,形成了"治水必先温通""温阳兼祛邪,善后重温补"等治疗慢性肾脏疾病学术思想。乔成林教授常选用金樱子配芡实、女贞子配墨旱莲、黄芪配当归、杜仲配川续断、黑附子配生大黄、白及配茜草、生地黄配栀子、白僵蚕配蝉蜕、地龙配水蛭、蒲公英配连翘等治疗肾脏病,可提高临床疗效。Professor Qiao Cheng-lin has accumulated abundant medication experience in long-term clinical practice according to the characteristics of clinical syndromes of nephropathy and laboratory test indicators. He has adopted the concept of differentiation of diseases and differentiation of symptoms,combination of macro and micro,combination of modern medicine and traditional medicine. He has formed the concepts of " warming first for treating kidney"," " warming yang and removing pathogens together,paying attention to warming and supplementing",etc. In order to improve efficacy,he often uses Jinyingzi( Fructus Rosae Laevigatae)plus Qianshi( Semen Euryales),Nvzhenzi( Fructus Ligustri Lucidi) plus Hanliancao( Herba Ecliptae),Huangqi( Radix Astragali) plus Danggui( Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Duzhong( Cortex Eucommiae) plus Chuanduan( Radix Dipsaci),Heifuzi( Poria)plus Shengdahuang( Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),Baiji( Rhizoma Bletillae) plus Qiancao( Radix et Rhizoma Rubiae),Shengdihuang( Radix Rehmanniae) plus Zhizi( Fructus Gardeniae),Jiangcan( Bombyx Batryticatus) plus Chantui( Periostracum Cicadae),Dilong( Pheretima) plus Shuizhi( Hirudo),Pugongying( Herba Taraxaci) plus Lianqiao( Fructus Forsythiae),etc to treat nephrosis.
