中药烫洗联合咪喹莫特软膏治疗跖疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药烫洗联合咪喹莫特软膏治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法:全部病例均为2013年2月至2013年6月在荥阳市人民医院皮肤科门诊就诊的跖疣患者,共60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。治疗组给予中药烫洗联合5%咪喹莫特软膏治疗,对照组给予温开水烫洗联合5%咪喹莫特软膏治疗。结果:治疗组有效率93. 33%,对照组有效率80%,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义;两组患者疼痛疗效比较,治疗组有效率为80. 00%,对照组有效率为70. 00%,治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:中药烫洗联合咪喹莫特软膏治疗跖疣有较好的疗效。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of scalding with TCM combined with Imiquimod Ointment on verruca plantaris. Methods: Sixty patients with verruca plantaris treated in dermatology clinic of Xingyang People’s Hospital from February2013 to June 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with TCM scalding combined with 5% Imiquimod Ointment,while the ones in the control group were treated with warm boiling water scalding combined with 5% Imiquimod Ointment. Results: The total effective rate was93. 33% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The difference was statistically significant. The effective rate in the treatment group was 80. 00%and that in the control group was 70. 00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Scalding with TCM combined with Imiquimod Ointment has a remarkable clinical curative effect on verruca plantaris.
