加味凉血消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹血热证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味凉血消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹血热证的疗效。方法:所有患者均为2013年3月至2013年12月四川省中医院皮肤科门诊治疗的慢性荨麻疹血热证患者,共80例,均有皮疹,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予加味凉血消风散治疗,对照组给予氯雷他定片治疗。结果:治疗组有效率77. 5%,对照组有效率75. 0%,经卡方检验,治疗组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=1. 883,P=0. 597> 0. 05);治疗组治疗后风团发作情况评分优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组复发率15. 4%,对照组复发率62. 5%,治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:加味凉血消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹血热证疗效确切,疗效和氯雷他定片无明显差异,可有效缓解风团发作,近期复发率低于西药。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Supplemented Powder for Cooling Blood and Dispersing Wind on chronic urticaria with blood-heat syndrome. Methods: All patients were chronic urticaria patients with blood heat syndrome treated in dermatology clinic of Sichuan TCM Hospital from March 2013 to December 2013. There were 80 patients with skin rash. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with Supplemented Powder for Cooling Blood and Dispersing Wind,while the ones in the control group were treated with Loratadine Tablets. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 77. 5% and that of the control group was75. 0%. Chi-square test showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group,but there was no significant difference( χ2= 1. 883,P = 0. 597 > 0. 05). The score of the attack of apoplexy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the difference was statistically significant. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 15. 4%,and that of the control group 62. 5%,the treatment group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Supplemented Powder for Cooling Blood and Dispersing Wind is as effective as Loratadine Tablets in treating chronic urticaria with blood heat syndrome. It can effectively alleviate the attack of wind mass. And its recent recurrence rate is lower than that of Western medicine.
