柔筋温通手法治疗慢性软组织损伤

摘　　要：从古籍记载到现代医家的文献查询发现,推拿医家治疗慢性软组织损伤疾病往往是局部治疗为主,手法也是以筋伤推拿手法为主,但中医诊治疾病的核心思想是整体观念。柔筋温通手法,以中医经络-脏腑理论体系为基础,结合脏腑推拿-经筋推拿的特点,以"筋喜柔、手法以柔和为贵"作为出发点,提出手法治疗慢性软组织损伤新的思路。治筋手法以"柔和"为贵,切忌使用刚强粗暴的手法,"开人关节,走人元气",反增其害。腹部手法操作以充肝气、养肝血,肝气充盈、肝血濡养才能达到"柔筋"之目的。背部手法操作以"温"肾助阳为目的,"阳气者,精则养神,柔则养筋"。局部手法操作以"通"络,顺筋之性,手法以"轻、柔、透、巧"为宗旨,沿经络走行用摩、揉、推按、拨进行操作,以达通络之目的。从中医学角度来看,该套手法可行,但是该套手法的实验研究还需进一步深入。Manipulation of softening tendons and warming for dredging adopts viscera massage to invigorate the spleen and stomach,invigorate qi and promote blood circulation. Qi and blood nourishing the liver meridian leads to softening liver,because liver controls tendons,so softening liver leading to soft tendons. Combining with the physiological characteristics: tendons will be flexible if nourished by yang qi,manipulation of warming kidney and nourishing yang to achieve the purpose of " softening tendons".Local " manipulation of softening tendons and warming for dredging" is mainly for dredging meridians,following the nature of tendons. The principle of the manipulation is " being light,soft,transparent and skillful",so as to achieve the therapeutic purpose of chronic soft tissue injury. Based on the meridian-viscera theory system of TCM,guided by the overall concept,starting from the physiological characteristics of " tendons ",combining the characteristics of viscera massage and meridian massage,the manipulation of softening tendons and warming for dredging is proposed for the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury,which is explored from the perspective of TCM mechanism,but the experimental in-depth study of the manipulation still needs to be further carrying out.
