神经阻滞联合推拿手法治疗粘连期肩关节周围炎28例

摘　　要：目的:观察神经阻滞联合推拿手法治疗粘连期肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的临床疗效。方法:选取郑州市骨科医院疼痛科门诊2017年2月至2018年2月收治的肩周炎患者56例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。治疗组采用神经阻滞联合推拿手法治疗,对照组采用传统推拿手法治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义;治疗组有效率96. 4%,对照组有效率82. 1%,治疗组优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:神经阻滞联合推拿手法治疗粘连期肩周炎疗效显著,该方法具有见效快,患者痛苦小,疗程短,易于接受等优点。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of nerve block in combination with massage manipulation on shoulder periarthritis at adhesion stage. Methods: Fifty-six patients with shoulder periarthritis admitted to the Pain Clinic of Zhengzhou Orthopaedic Hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with nerve block combined with massage,while the ones in the control group were treated with traditional massage. Results: After the treatment,the visual analogue score of pain in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),the difference was statistically significant. The effective rate was 96. 4% in the treatment group and 82. 1% in the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Nerve block in combination with massage manipulation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on shoulder periarthritis at adhesion stage. This method has the advantages of quick effect,less pain,short course of treatment and easy acceptance.
