摘　　要：目的:观察丹参接骨胶囊对稳定型桡骨远端骨折愈合的影响。方法:选取2015年9月至2017年3月在即墨市中医医院就诊且符合纳入标准的稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者108例,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,每组54例。所有患者给予手法整复、夹板外固定,常规组给予碳酸钙D3片治疗,观察组给予丹参接骨胶囊治疗。记录随访过程中骨折愈合情况、两组患者治疗前后腕关节功能Cooney评分及不良反应。结果:随访1年过程中,观察组有效率为98. 15%,常规组有效率为94. 44%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组骨折愈合时间优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);与治疗前相比,两组腕关节功能Cooney评分均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),且观察组治疗后腕关节功能Cooney评分优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:丹参接骨胶囊有助于促进桡骨远端骨折愈合、缩短骨折愈合时间,缓解局部疼痛。Objective: To observe the influence of Danshen Capsule for Setting a Fracture on stable distal radius fractures. Methods:One hundred and eight patients with stable distal radius fractures who met the inclusion criteria from September 2015 to March2017 in Jimo Hospital of TCM were selected and divided into the routine group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 54 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with manipulative reduction and splint external fixation. The ones in the routine group were treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets,while the ones in the observation group were treated with Danshen Capsule for Setting a Fracture. Fracture healing,Cooney score of wrist joint function and adverse reactions were recorded during follow-up. Results: During one year’ s follow-up,the effective rate of the observation group was98. 15%,and that of the routine group was 94. 44%. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The healing time of fracture in the observation group was better than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Cooney scores of wrist joint function in the two groups were improved compared with those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Cooney score of wrist joint function in the observation group was better than that in the conventional group after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: Danshen Capsule for Setting a Fracture can promote the healing of distal radius fracture,shorten the healing time and relieve local pain of the patients.
