摘 要:针对含氮双相不锈钢板冲压工艺中的润滑特点,提出研制一种全新的含氮双相不锈钢板冲压润滑油。研制油选用了68号全损耗系统油作为基础油,加入多种的添加剂,使所研制油具有良好的润滑性、冷却性、防锈性、极压抗磨性和渗透性。研制过程中,利用模糊层次分析法(FAHP),从不同添加剂配方中筛选出优化配方方案。经过理化特性实验测试及生产试验证明,使用优化配方生产的润滑油能有效降低冲压中变形部位的磨损,避免模具与工件间的拉伤烧结,产品质量满足相关技术要求。Aimed at the lubrication characteristics of nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel stamping process, a novel lubricant for the stamping process of nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel was developed. 68# full loss system oil was used as the base oil, and various additives were added to make the developed oil have good lubricity, cooling, rust resistance, extreme pressure anti-wear and permeability. In the process of development, the optimal formulation was screened from different additive formulations by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). The experimental tests of physical and chemical properties and production tests showed that, the lubricating oil produced by using optimized formula could effectively reduce the wear of the deformed parts in the stamping and avoid the strain and sintering between the mold and the workpiece, and the product quality met the relevant technical requirements.
