摘 要:针对某炼厂硫磺装置进行流程模拟及节能研究。首先,运用AspenPlus软件对装置建模,模拟结果与实际生产数据吻合度较高。然后根据所建模型,将几种节能手段如加强烟气余热回收力度、利用凝结水代替除氧水产蒸汽、采用蒸汽透平代替电驱动鼓风机等应用到装置中,对其进行节能分析与改造。在尾气焚烧炉后增设一台蒸汽发生器来加强烟气余热回收力度,每年可节省成本31.43万元;利用凝结水代替除氧水产蒸汽,实现装置内凝结水与蒸汽之间的循环利用,每年可节省成本211.50万元;采用蒸汽透平代替电驱动制硫鼓风机,每年可节省运行费用131.16万元。将以上三种节能措施应用到硫磺装置中,年增加经济效益约为374万元,改造投资回收期为0.63 a,节能效果显著,对实际装置的节能改造具有指导意义。The process simulation and energy saving research of sulfur plant in a refinery were carried out. First, the Aspen Plus software was used to model the device, and the simulation results were in good agreement with the actual production data. Then according to the built model, several energy saving means, such as strengthening the recovery of waste heat from flue gas, using condensate instead of deoxidizing water vapor, using steam turbine instead of electric driving blower, were applied to the device, and the energy saving analysis and transformation were carried out. By adding a steam generator to strengthen the recovery of waste heat from flue gas after the exhaust incinerator, the cost can be saved by 314 300 Yuan each year. Using condensate instead of deoxidizing aquatic steam to realize the recycling of water and steam between the condensate and steam, the cost can be saved by 2 115 000 Yuan each year. The operation cost can be saved by 1 311 600 Yuan each year by using steam turbine instead of electric drive sulphur blower. If the above three energy saving measures were applied to the sulfur plant, the annual increase of economic benefit is about 3 740 000 Yuan, the reclaimed investment recovery period is 0.63 years, the energy saving effect is remarkable, and it is of guiding significance for the energy saving transformation of the actual equipment.
