摘  要:倾析器作为过程模拟中的重要分离模块之一,主要用于模拟分液器和无气相的单级分离器。基于CAPE-OPEN标准,采用面向对象和COM组件技术实现了对该模块的开发,其中模块数学模型实现了基于Rachford-Rice方程和Gibbs自由能最小法两种方式。通过支持CAPE-OPEN标准的Aspen Plus软件调用开发的模块进行模拟验证。结果表明,开发的倾析器模块遵循CAPE-OPEN标准,可以与支持CAPE-OPEN标准的流程模拟软件进行交互,且开发的模块具有较好的准确性和收敛性,能够满足实际工业分离模拟计算要求。Decanter is one of the most important separation modules in process simulation, and is mainly used to simulate liquid separators and single stage separators without vapor phase. Based on the CAPE-OPEN standard, object-oriented and COM component technologies were used to achieve the development of the module. The mathematical model of the module can realize two methods based on the Rachford-Rice equation and the Gibbs free energy minimum method. Simulation verification of modules developed by the Aspen Plus software supporting the CAPE-OPEN standard was carried out. The results show that the developed decanter module follows the CAPE-OPEN interface and can interact with the CAPE-OPEN-compliant process simulation software. The computational model has good accuracy and convergence, and can meet the actual industrial separation simulation calculation requirements.
