摘 要:延长油田主力油层具有较高的毛细管力,针对储层水锁伤害国内外已有相关技术研究,当外来流体与储层接触后可能会发生较严重的自吸水锁伤害。在陕北市场通用钻井液体系基础上,引入钻井液用防水锁剂FS-02,对其常规性能和表面与界面张力作出评价,建立起延长油田储层保护钻井液体系。依靠储层动态渗透率恢复值测试,证明新钻井液体系储层渗透率恢复值提高明显,有效减弱了储层由于钻井液滤液产生的水锁反应。最终建立起延长油田储层保护钻井液技术方案,现场成功应用,效果良好。在保证井壁稳定、有效携岩和润滑的前提下,初期日产量均有较大幅度提升,证明该体系可有效保护储层,具有很好的推广价值。The main oil layer in Yanchang oilfield has high capillary force. Research has been conducted on the water lock damage of reservoir at home and abroad. When the external fluid contacts with the reservoir, serious self-absorbing lock damage may occur. Based on the general drilling fluid system in Northern Shaanxi, the drilling fluid waterproof lock agent FS-02 was introduced, its conventional performance, surface and interfacial tension were evaluated, and a kind of reservoir protection drilling fluid system in Yanchang Oilfield was established. Based on the reservoir dynamic permeability recovery value test, it was proved that the recovery value of the reservoir permeability was significantly improved by using the new drilling fluid system, effectively weakening the water lock reaction produced by the filtrate of the drilling fluid. Finally, the technical plan for the reservoirs protection drilling fluid of Yanchang oilfield was established and successfully applied on the site with good results. Under the premise of guaranteeing wellbore stability, effective rock-carrying, and lubrication, the initial daily production was greatly increased, which proved that the drilling fluid system can effectively protect the reservoir and has a good promotion value.
