摘 要:探讨化工仿真软件技术在医学检验血清微量元素含量测定技术中的应用,利用化工仿真软件技术,建立了人血清样品中13种微量元素的碰撞反应池电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定模拟系统,建立碰撞反应池标准、碰撞和反应3种工作模式,以健康人群血清微量元素为测量参考值范围,误差设置在10%上下浮动,对我院100名志愿者血样模拟标本进行测定对比实验室检测值。模拟软件检测值与正常实验中测定人血清中的微量元素参考值能够很好地吻合,化工仿真软件技术检测结果较精准,最大限度客观模拟了临床实验室的血清微量元素含量检测过程及检测结果,有良好的发展前景,值得进一步深入研究。Application of chemical simulation software technology in the medical examination of trace element content in serum was discussed. The collision reaction cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) measurement simulation system for 13 kinds of trace elements in human serum samples was established by using the chemical simulation software technology, and collision reaction pool standards were established as well as three kinds of working modes. Trace elements in healthy crowd serum were used as the measuring reference range, the error was set at about 10%, simulation specimens of blood samples of 100 volunteers were determined and compared with laboratory values. Simulation software values and normal experiment values for determination of trace elements in human serum reference fitted well, test results of chemical simulation software technology were more accurate and objective to simulate the maximum serum trace elements content of clinical laboratory testing process and test results, so the chemical simulation software technology has good development prospects, is worth further research.
