摘 要:对不同产地的马齿苋的质量进行分析与评价。以贵州、四川、北京、西安四个产地的马齿苋药材为研究对象,对其水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物进行检查。马齿苋中水溶性浸出物19.7%~35.7%之间、醇溶性浸出物在10.8%~17.0%之间;采用紫外分光光度法测定马齿苋药材中多糖和总黄酮含量。多糖含量在3.54%~9.98%之间,总黄酮含量在0.77%~0.97%之间。不同产地马齿苋质量差异较大。A method was established for the quality analysis of purslane from different origins.Taking purslane from Guizhou,Sichuan,Beijing,Xi'an as research object,the water-soluble extract content and the alcoholic-soluble extract content of purslane were detected.The polysaccharide and total flavones of purslane were detected by UV spectrophotometric method.The water-soluble extract content was 19.7%~35.7%and the alcoholic-soluble extract content was 10.8%~17.0%.The polysaccharide of purslane was 3.54%~9.98%,and the total flavones of purslane was 0.77%~0.97%.The producing area was important factor affecting the quality.
