含磺酸基聚马来酸合成条件对防垢效果的影响

摘　　要：在油田开发过程中,结垢问题制约着油田低成本高效开发,需使用防垢剂来抑制结垢问题,通过室内实验研究了含磺酸基马来酸防垢剂的合成条件对防垢效果的影响。结果表明,磺酸基的存在可提高防垢效果;H_2O_2和丙烯酸的滴加温度是95℃,滴加时间是1h,滴加的H_2O_2量是35mL,添加的丙烯磺酸钠的量是4g时,防垢剂的防垢效果最好,防垢率为97.2%。In the oilfield development process,the scaling problem restricts the low-cost and high-efficiency development of the oilfield,and the scale inhibitor is needed to suppress the scaling problem.The influent of the synthetic condition of the maleic anhydride scale inhibitor with sulfonic group on the anti-scaling effect is studied by laboratory experiments.The result showed that the presence of sulfonic acid group can improve the anti-scaling effect;when the dropping temperature of hydrogen peroxide and acrylic acid is 95℃,and the dropping time is 1 hour,and the amount of hydrogen peroxide added is 35mL,and the added propylene When the amount of sodium sulfonate is 4g,the scale inhibitor has the best anti-scaling effect,and the inhibiting rate is at most 97.2%.
