摘  要:建立共培养的狭叶柴胡内生真菌中总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法,以柴胡皂苷d为对照品,在波长543nm处对样品中的总皂苷进行含量测定。结果:柴胡总皂苷在0.03256~0.16280mg有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为1.21%(n=6),重复性RSD=1.32%,精密度RSD=0.41%。结论:所建立的方法准确、简便,重现性好,适用于柴胡内生真菌中总皂苷的含量测定。Objective:To establish the method for determination of the content of saikosaponins in endophytic fungi of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.with co-cultured.Methods:Saikosaponin d was used as the chemical reference substance determine the content of saikosaponins by UV-Visible Spectrophotometry.The absorbency was measured at 543nm.Results:There was good linearity in the range of 0.03256~0.16280 mg(r=0.9996)for saikosaponins.The average recovery was 99.72%with RSD=1.21%(n=6),repetition RSD=1.20%and precision RSD=0.34%.Conclusion:The method was proved to be precise,simple and reproduciable.It can be used for the quantitative determination of saikosaponins in endophytic fungi of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.
