摘 要:目的观察二陈汤对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠的体重及行为学变化的干预作用。方法常规方法监测在高脂饮食饲养下,小鼠的能量摄入、体重、睡眠及自主活动情况,并监测肥胖小鼠经二陈汤处理后相关参数的变化。结果饲养12周后,与普通饮食组比较,高脂饮食组小鼠12周内摄入的总能量、体重、每天睡眠时间及睡眠次数均明显增加,同时每天活动时间及移动距离明显减少。二陈汤干预3周后,肥胖小鼠的体重、全天睡眠次数明显减少,自主活动时间及移动距离明显增加,而全天睡眠总量及3周内总能量摄入无显著变化。结论促进自主活动及减少睡眠次数而增加能量消耗的机制参与了二陈汤对肥胖动物体重的改善。Objective To observe the effect of Erchen Decoction on weight and behavioral changes in obese mice induced by high-fat diet. Methods The energy intake, weight change, sleep and independent activity of the mice under high-fat diet feeding and the changes of these parameters in the mice after treatment by oral administration of Erchen Decoction are investigated by conventional methods. Results After 12 weeks of feeding, compared with the control mice, the total energy intake in 12 weeks and the body weight significantly increased in the mice of high-fat-diet group, so do the amount and times of daily sleep, while the daily independent activity time and moving distance decrease significantly. After 3 weeks of treatment by Erchen Decoction, the weight, the number of the times of daily sleep decrease markedly and the daily independent activity time as well as the moving distance increased markedly in the obese mice. However, the amount of sleep and the total energy intake in the 3 weeks are not changed by Erchen Decoction. Conclusion The increase of energy expenditure caused by promoting daily independent activity and reducing the number of sleep times involved in the mechanism of the improvement of weight by Erchen Decoction in the obese animals.
