白茅根提取物增强免疫力作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究白茅根提取物对小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力及NK细胞活性的影响。方法经灌胃给予小鼠2、1、0.5 g/kg BW三个剂量组的白茅根提取物30 d后,对小鼠肝脏组织形态学、体重、脏器/体重比值、脾淋巴细胞转化能力、溶血空斑数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力和NK细胞活性等指标进行检测。结果所用剂量范围的白茅根提取物对小鼠肝脏、胸腺与脾脏没有不良作用;中、高剂量组显著促进小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力、巨噬细胞的吞噬功能(P <0.05);三个剂量组对小鼠抗体生成细胞的增殖分化、NK细胞活性没有明显的促进作用。结论白茅根提取物通过提高机体细胞免疫功能和巨噬细胞活性,达到增强小鼠免疫力的作用。Objective To study the effects of extracts of Imperatae Rhizoma on regulating humoral immunity,cellular immunity,Mononuclear-macrophage phagocytosisand NK cytolytic activity.Methods The mice are divided into the low,medium and high dose extracts of Imperatae Rhizoma groups (2,1,0.5g/kg BW) respectively,and then they are given extracts of Imperatae Rhizoma by gavage for 30 successive days.Liver tissue morphology,ratio of organ and body weight,proliferation and transformation of lymphocyte,hemolytic plaque number,phagocytic ability of peritoneal macrophage,and NK cytolytic activity aredetected.Results All the treatment groups showed no adverse effects on Liver,thymus and spleen.The high,and medium dose groups could significantly improve proliferation and transformation oflymphocyte,phagocytic ability of peritoneal macrophage (P <0.05).All the treatment groups show no obvious effect onantibody-producing cells and NK cytolytic activity.Conclusion The results indicate that extracts of Imperatae Rhizoma contribute to immunopotentiation by improving cellular immunity and macrophage activity.
