摘　　要：目的建立化瘀祛热口服液的质量标准。方法通过薄层色谱法(TLC)对化瘀祛热口服液中桃仁、红花、丹皮、地骨皮进行定性鉴别;通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对化瘀祛热口服液中有效成分苦杏仁苷、山柰素、丹皮酚进行定量测定。结果薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;苦杏仁苷、山柰素、丹皮酚含量的线性范围为0.165 6～11.04μg(r=0.999 1,n=6)、0.162 0～10.80μg(r=0.999 7,n=6)、0.078 0～10.38μg(r=0.999 7,n=6),平均回收率分别为98.68%、96.09%、97.36%,RSD分别为1.08%、1.89%、1.24%。结论建立的质量控制方法专属性强,准确度高,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard for Huayuqure oral liquid.Methods Prunus persica, Carthamus tinctorius,Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.and Lycium chinense Mill.in Huayuqure oral liquid are identified by TLC.The content of amygdalin,kaempferide and paeonol are determined by HPLC.Results TLC identification spots are fairly clear and the blank test show no interferences.The determination of amygdalin,kaempferide and paeonol keep the good linear relation in the ranges of 0.1656-11.04μg (r =0.9991,n =6),0.1620 10.80μg (r =0.9997,n =6),0.0780-10.38μg (r =0.9997,n =6),the average recoveries of amygdalin, kaempferide and paeonol are 98.68%,96.09%,97.36%.RSD values are 1.08%,1.89%,1.24%.Conclusion The established quality control method is specific and accurate that can be used for the quality control of this product.
