摘  要:为了系统和全面了解自主选育甘薯品系的生长特性以及脱毒甘薯的优势,以徐薯18为对照,对4个自主选育新品系(ZH23、H121、ZH1042、ZH152)以及心香、浙薯75、浙薯6025脱毒苗和浙薯6025普通苗的植物学性状、农艺性状、叶片叶绿素荧光参数、叶片光合生理性状、营养品质和产量性状进行了比较分析。结果表明:ZH23适宜在移栽后120 d收获,在所有供试品种中蛋白质含量最高,但产量(18 258.28 kg/hm^2)过低;H121适宜在移栽后120 d收获,在所有供试品种中还原糖含量最高,但产量(18 894.04 kg/hm^2)偏低,也不耐储存;ZH1042适宜在移栽后90 d或150 d收获,在所有参试品种中叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm最低,干物质含量最高,产量(21 635.76 kg/hm^2)高于ZH23和H121,适宜存储运输;ZH152适宜在移栽后120 d收获,在所有参试品种中叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm和淀粉含量均最高,产量(22 357.62 kg/hm^2)高于其他3个自主选育品系。浙薯6025脱毒苗的综合农艺性状、光能转化效率、维生素C含量、β-胡萝卜素含量和产量均优于浙薯6025普通苗,说明种苗脱毒处理对甘薯提质增产意义重大,应大力推广应用。In Order to systematically and comprehensively understand the growth characteristics of self-bred sweet potato lines and the advantages of virus-free sweet potato,using Xushu 18 as control,the botanical,a- gronomic,chlorophyll fluorescence,photosynthetic and physiological characters,nutritional quality and yield of four new lines (ZH23,H121,ZH1042 and ZH152),Xinxiang,Zheshu 75,Zheshu 6025(virus-free)and Zheshu 6025 were compared and analyzed.The results showed that ZH23 was suitable to be harvested 120d after transplantation,with the highest protein content in all tested varieties,but its yield (18258.28kg/hm^2) was too low.H121 was suitable to be harvested 120 days after transplantation,and the reduced sugar content was the highest in all tested varieties,but its yield (18894.04kg/hm^2)was low,and was not tolerant to storage.ZH1042 was suitable to be harvested 90 or 150 days after transplantation.Among the tested varieties, its chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm was the lowest,the dry matter content was the highest,and the yield (21635.76kg/hm^2)was higher than ZH23 and H121,which was suitable to storage and transportation. ZH152 was suitable to be harvested.120d aftertransplantation,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm and starch content were the highest in all varieties tested,and its yield (22357.62kg/hm^2)was higher than other three lines.The comprehensive agronomic traits,efficiency of light energy conversion,vitamin C content, β-carotene content and yield of Zheshu 6025 virus-free seedlings were superior to the common seedlings.It showed that detoxification treatment was of great sig- nificance for improving quality'and increasing yield of sweet potato,which should be widely used.
