摘　　要：目的:观察瑶药外敷治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将69例原发性痛经患者随机分为观察组35例及对照组34例,观察组采用瑶药外敷,对照组采用暖宫贴贴敷。观察两组患者痛经症状积分、痛经缓解程度、月经持续时间。结果:观察组患者治疗后痛经症状积分较治疗前明显改善(P <0. 05);对照组治疗后痛经症状积分较治疗前改善不明显。观察组有效率为88. 57%,对照组有效率为64. 71%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后月经持续时间为(4. 80±0. 82) d,恢复了正常月经持续时间,对照组月经持续时间(6. 92±1. 12) d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者痛经程度改变情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:瑶药外敷法在减轻痛经程度、改善痛经症状、缩短月经持续时间等方面均优于暖宫贴,且安全性高。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Yao medicine in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: 69 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into observation group( n = 35) and control group( n =34). The observation group was treated with Yao medicine and the control group was treated with warm palace paste. The dysmenorrhea symptom scores,the degree of dysmenorrhea,and the duration of menstruation were observed in the two groups. Results: The dysmenorrhea scores of the observation group were significantly improved after treatment( P < 0. 05). The dysmenorrhea symptom scores of the control group were not significantly improved after treatment. The effective rate of the observation group was 88. 57%,and the effective rate of the control group was 64. 71%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P <0. 05). The duration of menstruation after treatment was( 4. 80 ± 0. 82) d,and the normal menstrual duration was restored. The menstrual duration of the control group was( 6. 92 ± 1. 12) d. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The difference in the degree of dysmenorrhea between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The external application of Yao medicine is superior to warm palace paste in relieving the degree of dysmenorrhea. It can also improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and shorten the duration of menstruation,with high level of safety.
