六合丹外敷治疗产科静脉留置针所致静脉炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨六合丹外敷治疗产科静脉留置针所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:将200例产科静脉留置针所致静脉炎患者根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给予硫酸镁湿敷静脉炎部位治疗,观察组应用中药六合丹外敷治疗,并给予患者对应护理干预。观察两组患者临床疗效、中医证候疗效、临床症状改善时间。结果:观察组患者有效率100. 00%高于对照组的87. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患者治疗后中医证候疗效有效率100. 00%高于对照组的89. 00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组红肿、疼痛、血管硬化改善时间及治愈时间均明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者用药后不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:中药六合丹外敷应用于产科静脉留置针所致静脉炎具有较好的临床效果,可促进患者各项临床症状的改善,且操作安全方便。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Liuhe Dan external application in treatment of phlebitis caused by intravenous indwelling needle.Methods:200 patients with phlebitis caused by intravenous indwelling needles were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet phlebitis.The observation group was treated with external application of Liuhe Dan,and the patients were given corresponding nursing intervention.The clinical effieacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and clinical symptom improvement time of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that (87.00%)of the control group (P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that (89.00%)of the control group (P<0.05).The observed symptoms of redness,pain,vascular sclerosis,and healing time were significantly shorter ifi the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05).In the adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine Liuhe Dan in treatment of phlebitis caused by intravenous indwelling needle has a good clinical effect.It can promote the improvement of various clinical symptoms of patients,and it is safe and convenient to operate.
