陈安民辨治再生障碍性贫血中药组合规律分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨陈安民教授治疗再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)的组方规律。方法:收集陈安民教授治疗AA的验方145首,应用计算机数据库方法创建药物特征数据库;应用数据挖掘(data mining,DM)技术分析验方的药物归类、用药频次和药物之间的相关性。结果:筛选出符合要求的验方122首,涉及中药191味,其中位于前5位的分别是补虚药41味,清热药37味,活血化瘀药18味,止血药14味,解表药14味; 191味中药的用药频次达3 682次,黄芪、生地黄、丹参、仙鹤草和葛根分别是补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药、止血药和解表药中用药频数最高的药物;含12味和10味中药的验方数量最多;包含8～15味中药的验方中,黄芪和当归的出现频率为62%,以此确定了补气养血、补肾壮阳、补肾滋阴、补肾填精、补气养血4个最基本药物组合。药物配伍最常见的2味和3味药组合分别是黄芪-当归和黄芪-当归-熟地黄。结论:陈安民教授治疗AA最主要的药物是黄芪和当归,最常见的配伍是这二者相互配伍,其用药经验的4个基本药物和6个组方原则与现代中医学对AA病机的认识相符。Objective: To explore Professor Chen Anmin’s prescription law in treatment of aplastic anemia( AA). Methods: Professor Chen Anmin collected 145 prescriptions for treatment of AA,and used the computer database method to create a drug feature database. Data mining( DM) technology was used to analyze the drug classification,frequency of drug use and drug correlation. Results: A total of 122 prescriptions were selected,in which 191 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were involved. Among them,the top 5 were 41 of tonic medicine,37 of heat-clearing medicine,18 of blood-activating and stasis-relieving medicine,14 kinds of hemostatic drugs,and prescription drugs. 14 flavors; the frequency of 191 Chinese herbal medicines reached 3 682 times. Astragalus,Radix Rehmanniae,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Agrimony,and Radix Puerariae were the drugs used with the highest frequency as tonic,heat-clearing,blood-activating and stasis-relieving s,hemostatic and drug-solving drugs. The number of prescriptions containing12 flavors and 10 flavors of Chinese medicine is the highest; in the prescription containing 8-15 flavors of Chinese medicine,the frequency of using Astragalus and Angelica is 62%,which determines the four most basic drug combinations,namely,nourishing Qi and Blood,tonifying Kidney Yang,nourishing Kidney yin and tonifying kidney by filling the essence. The most common combination of 2 and 3 herbs in drug compatibility is Astragalus-Angelica and Astragalus-Angelica-Rehmannia glutinosa. Conclusion:Professor Chen Anmin’s most important drugs in treatment of AA are Astragalus and Angelica. The most common compatibility is the compatibility of the two essential drugs in which the four basic drugs and the six prescription principles agree with the medication of AA pathogenesis with modern Chinese.
